ResourceCare is a Medical, Dental, Behavioral Health and Counseling Facility. We have 6 locations accross the Big Country area, Albany, Baird, Breckenridge, Clyde, Cross Plains and Merkel. We accept most insurances and offer income based discounts to all who qualify. We are not county specific and can see anyone from anywhere! ResourceCare's mission is to provide exceptional healthcare and outreach services to the communities we serve in the Big Country area, through medical, dental, and behavioral health access for all. Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) include all organizations receiving grants under Section 330 of the Public Health Service Act (PHS). FQHCs qualify for enhanced reimbursement from Medicare and Medicaid, as well as other benefits. FQHCs must serve an underserved area or population, offer a sliding fee scale, provide comprehensive services, have an ongoing quality assurance program, and have a governing board of directors.
